Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at community@mnd.org.nz. We’ll confirm next steps and provide return instructions. Returns must be sent to:

Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us straight away so we can put things right. Email us at community@mnd.org.nz and include a photo if possible, it helps speed things up.


Non-returnable items

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn/used items


Exchanges

Need a different size or item? The quickest way is to return the original item (once accepted), then place a new order separately.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it’s approved. If it is, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind it can take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please get in touch at community@mnd.org.nz.

A note on your rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which ensures goods are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. We’ll always honour our obligations under NZ law.
